All packages will be shipped out by Royal Mail; first class & tracked. However, we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged during transit.

Please allow 2-3 business days for orders to be processed prior to being shipped. This does not include weekends. 

Before your final stage of purchase, please recheck your shipping address has been entered correctly. We unfortunately cannot take responsibility for incorrect shipping addresses, once items are shipped out. If you have noticed an error with the address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, providing your name and order number.
